Help! I’ve fallen and I can’t get up!

Dear Diary,
I got a little over ambitious today on my morning walk. I think I’ve overdone it.  Did you know snow was slippery?! Why didn’t you tell me? Anyway, then this happened... It’s only 3 seconds but it was terrifying!
